Of the four NFC East teams, who's got the best situation right now with John Harbaugh going to the Giants?

I think a lot of people would say that's the best coach in the division now.

He'll hire, I'm sure, two outstanding coordinators.

Let's see if Todd Monkin ends up in New York, and I don't know who the defensive coordinator would be.

I would rank the situations, which is the overall ownership, front office, coaching staff, quarterback, rosters.

Philly's still number one for me, but Washington's number two still.
