| 3:03.7 | And the millennial, the Gen Y, they are not like the baby boomers and they are not like Gen X's and if you're a business and you've got to reach them, there's 79.8 million millennials out there. That's a huge market. |
| 3:17.7 | And I think that's kind of turned business on its head. So I'm very excited to learn, you know, what are the characteristics of Gen Y, the millennials and what how do you market to them? What do they want and what's different about them than the baby boomers and the Gen X. |
