My name is Jeff, and today Aaron and Greg and I are going to be talking about smartphone apps,

specifically the apps that we use for mountain biking.

And not just when we're on the trail, but also when we're planning a trip or getting to the trail

or looking

for refreshments afterward, you know, smartphones have become a really big part of most of our lives.

And I know there are probably some purists out there who like to think that they can get away

with riding their bike without using a smartphone. But I know for me personally, that's hard to

imagine these days.

What about you guys? Could you do it? Do you rely on your smartphone a lot? Or could you get rid of it for a day?

I actually forgot mine at home today and I'm feeling weird.

I mean, I'm sure I could if I had to. But no, I mean, they become such a integral part of our lives.

Whether we like it or not, it's kind of, it is hard to

imagine getting through a day without your phone.

Feel naked?

Yeah, I feel a little naked.

Yeah, I mean, it goes everywhere with me.

So, you know, it's hard to imagine not having it.
