| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Scottish Parliament podcast. My name is Stuart Buchanan. I work in the |
| 0:05.0 | Communications Office here at the Parliament. And today we are talking about Gallic. With me is |
| 0:13.5 | Alastair Macallum. Hi, Kimmer-How, Stuart. I'm Alastair Macallam. I work as one of the |

| 1:17.0 | Another day you might get a request from an MSP about to translate something. |
| 1:22.1 | And I remember once, I was even asked for a translation of a bit of a Genesis song for a speech in the chamber. |
| 1:27.4 | So it's very, very different every day and that's one of the things I like about it. |
| 1:31.6 | Okay. So how did you get the job? What is your sort of qualification or how did you come to Gallic more broadly? |
