Let's get into the word. Colossus chapter 4. Pardon me. And only two verses today, verses 5 and 6.

I'll have you turn there, and once you do, if you're able, I'll ask you to stand. You can follow along as I read.

The Apostle Paul, by Holy Spirit is writing and says, verse 5, be wise in the way you act toward

Loving Heavenly Father, we're so grateful to you for your word and this portion that we have before us

But we're also keenly aware that unless the Holy Spirit gets our attention and holds our

to minister to us today. So we want to ask you to help us give you our undivided attention

I want to talk with you today about how we as God's people treat other people, especially those who are not believers.

And the reason why is because here in these two verses, Paul is

is exhorting us concerning the paramount importance of how we act toward others.

I spend some time in prayer, I seek the Lord concerning the text, and how I should approach the text in teaching it.
