Now you've guys know we have tried to stay on the forefront of trying to save women's sports from men invading them which is you know something I never thought I would say but we have one of the most important people that is part of the most important group that is trying to help stop this at the legal level.

She's the president, CEO, and general counsel of the Alliance defending freedom.

Kristen Waggner, Kristen, first off,

thanks for everything you do and thank you for being here.

Well, thank you for those kind words.

It's a pleasure to be here and it's an important topic.

Definitely, and I want to kind of start off for our viewers and audience that may not know exactly what the Alliance defending freedom you know is doing, what they're about because to me the best way I can explain it is you guys are like

the ACLU except you guys are trying to do the right thing.

Well I think that's a pretty good description so maybe I should just leave it there

but in terms of what we do, we are known for our litigation,

also for public policy in terms of the work that we do with legislatures.

We're a global organization, so we're the largest organization of our kind, and we exist to protect free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family, which necessarily means we are involved a lot in combating gender identity ideology and we do that in the

court rooms we've had 15 different Supreme Court victories in the last 13 years where we've

represented parties and we also have a number of

victories internationally so it gives us a vantage point to look around the world

to pick up what the trends are. Yeah, and again, it's unbelievably important.

You guys are the voice of a majority, vast majority of people who, again,

we talk to every day, whether it's, you know, Riley Gaines,

who we've had on, Paula Scanlon, I can go down the list of people that just think it is absolutely insane for men to be playing in women's sports and obviously kind of the headline of this has been Will Thomas known as Leah Thomas obviously in the swimming

realm but can you kind of talk about the the failed challenge of Leah Thomas

trying to you know swim in the Olympics as a woman the way you guys have you know helped

in that regard and and you guys continue to fight not just on on that front but
