So today we're talking about how we sew through body changes.

And we're going to talk about the times that we were personally challenged by body changes.

And then the nine tips that we found for challenged by body changes, and then the nine

tips that we found for sewing through body changes, both large and small. So let's start with

our icebreaker today. Haley, is there an outfit your parents made you wear as a kid that you hated?

Yeah, definitely. I had a lot of opinions about my clothing from a young age. Of course you did. Like for obvious reasons. But the one thing that stands out to me the most is that my mom was always trying to get like get me to wear turtlenecks and put turtlenecks like under everything like underneath the Halloween costume. We got to wear a turtleneck and just like all the time.

And I always felt like she was just like killing my vibe.

I hated it.

I hated turtlenecks.

And it took me, I like them now, but I feel like it took me a really long time to like

circle back to liking them because I just have like such a strong negative

knee-jerk reaction to them. That's so funny because you grew up in the desert. Yeah, I grew up in

the middle of the desert in California. And I was always, I run hot. I'm always hot. And my mom's like trying to like get me to wear some like turtleneck under my like raggedy Ann costume.

And she's like, but the sun's got to go down.

It's going to be cold.

I'm like, it's going to be 75 chill.

Like, chill.

Oh, just trying to protect little Haley.
