Hello everybody out there. My name is Oliver G. This is the Earful Tower and at the start of the year

class. And I said, that sounds like a wonderful idea. So I went along. I made seven French sauces, mayonnaise, biannays,

Hollandais, that kind of stuff. And I honestly, I really, really enjoyed the whole thing.

A four-hour class, I loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for. So after the class,
