So today we're talking about, like I said, technology.

So as we unpack this topic of technology, I probably have more to say than Jason, but I really

wanted him on here to share his perspective on kind of what he's doing.

Technology usage is something that we evaluate quite frequently within our home. We are often having conversations,

whether it's our own technology or kind of how we limit and use technology with the kids.

So today I'm going to be sharing the things that I've been changing up.

Jason's been working on a few things and then we're going to share what we do with the kids.

And this is a really important topic because we are not anti-technology in our home, right?

No, not at all.

So we run an online business. We have many work devices. We've got, we have a lot of

tech in our house. We really do. We like tech, actually, in a lot of ways. And we're not anti-tech

for our kids. And I know it's very popular now because especially a lot of us who are millennials,
