In March of 2022, I left a six-figure corporate position to travel full-time around the world

while building my own business. This podcast is a documentation of my journey from zero to

$10 million a year. On this show, I document the

wins, losses, and lessons along the way so that you guys can do it too. The topic of today's

podcast is going to be essentially a live diary entry for me to reference in the future and to just

kind of give you guys an update on our journey to

$10 million a year because right now we're at about $1.2 to $1.3 million a year and we grew it

from scratch last year. Now we're making the ascension to $3 million a year in the business.

And I'm intentional with the numbers that I'm talking about

because I've interviewed so many entrepreneurs on this podcast that literally this show is either me

interviewing people that are multi, multi-millionaires and I've already built these massive

mega companies and businesses. While also I am implementing what they teach me and what they tell me both on the

podcast that you guys listen to and the conversations that I have privately with them. And the

different business marks are kind of the 1 million, 3 million, and 10 million marks of revenue.

Those are essentially the inflection points of business.

Going from zero to $1 million a year is called product market fit.

One million to $3 million a year is scaling what already works.

And $3 million to $10 million a year is upgrading and elevating the offer.

That $3 to $10 million mark is where you make the biggest changes in personnel and team and bringing in people now that you can

afford that have done the thing at a larger scale. They've already scaled companies, the 10 million.
