I cashed out my 401k.

That's literally all I had in my name.

I bought a 11 unit building in Cincinnati is my first deal.

I walked away from the job security of having a government job.

And I went full time to real estate investing and started building out my own thing.

This is only five years ago.

And today I got about $80 million of real estate, boutique hotels, apartment buildings, and short term rentals.

We've got a couple companies and we're

rocking and rolling, dude. Everyone told me not to do it. They told me it was too risky. And my biggest

takeaway looking back is all those risks are real. But on the other side of the balance scale is another

risk and it's this. I could be 80 years old one day laying in my bed, staring at the ceiling,

kicking myself because I never

fucking try to anything in life. How about that risk? That's a risk too that a lot of people
