Hello, everybody, and welcome to Three Point Perspective, the podcast about illustration, how to do it, how to make a living at it, and how to make an impact in the world with your art.

I'm Jake Parker. I'm Lee White. And I'm Will Terry, and all three of us are professional illustrators. And we've all worked for about the last 25 years, illustrating for every major publisher in the business.

We've published together somewhere around 100 books.

And we've all taught illustration at universities.

Each week we tackle a new subject in illustration.

Sometimes we're going to fight.

Sometimes we're going to hug, but each time you are

going to learn something new. Should we mention the fight that we're planning when you guys

come out here? Oh, the battle? Yeah, the battle. Battle Royale? See, Jake runs, which is dumb. He runs, you know, he runs like six miles a day or something.

And then Lee, he plays for all for something like that.

Oh my God.

He was golf.

And I play racquetball.

So the idea is you get three points for winning one of those.

And we're going to have a race.

We're going to have a frothing contest

stop the froth you can't say froth that's not fair because you guys don't have like

lame descriptions of your sport you get two points for coming in second and one point for losing

so who can get the most points i know i'm going to lose the run you guys are like

i'm going to crush you guys because i'm i'm great at disc golf and then I'm pretty good

at the other two.

That's why I'm going to win.
