We try to understand actually the history of Ukraine from the Declaration of Independence for the Soviet Union

and make an overall assessment of the results of these independence was really independent or this geopolitical strategic position where the West meet to the East made of it a sort of flying states to leverage Russian influence on the West. This was the key question we dig into in the course
