This past summer I was close to the Israeli border in southern Lebanon, being shown around by UN peacekeepers.

Israel has fought wars against Palestinian and Lebanese militia in these mountains

for decades, and stationed between them have been thousands of these soldiers in light blue

helmets. Soldiers from places like Italy and Spain and Poland and Ireland, about 50 different countries, including Indonesia.

So tell me what is it like being stationed here in the Indonesian battalion?

As we all know, since October 7, 2023, the situation in Lebanon no longer the same,

until now the two sites are still launching attacks on each other, and it greatly affect the local community even the for the area
