So in the rundown, Courtney helpfully says puts a little KR when I'm supposed to say something,

and it's in green, and it's a K.A. when it's Kimberly, and it's in blue.

Sadly, today it was K.R. and blue, and we both totally got confused.

Anyway, that's Kimberly Adams. I'm Kai Rizzdahl.

It's Thursday today, the 23rd of January,

so we're going to do what we do on Thursdays. Some clips from the big stories of the week and discussed.

So, as you know, there has been a bevy of executive orders coming out. A key one on immigration,

probably several land immigration. I don't know the actual count. The threat of mass deportations is already happening.

It's affecting communities, as you imagine it would.

And here's what the former mayor of Half Moon Bay, which is up in Northern California,

his name is Joaquin Jimenez.

He told KTV you up there about how it's playing out up in San Francisco.

A local restaurant, you know, did not open.

Then other restaurants, some of the workers did not show up or children, you know,

are very worried about what it could happen.
