The Trump administration of late has notched a big win in the fight against big labor as the president continues to deliver significant victories to worker freedom.

We're going to talk about that in just a minute, but first and foremost, let us introduce and welcome into this edition of the Federalist Radio Hour, Mark Mix.

I'm doing great, Matt.

Thanks for the opportunity to talk with you about what is a fire hose of news when it comes to all of this stuff for sure.

You are absolutely right.

Hard to keep up, but it's good to see some victories on the worker freedom front.

We're going to delve into that in just a moment,

but let's begin with the losses. As the Federalist reported, as we talked this morning,

the April 1st election in Wisconsin did not go well for conservatives, at least on the nationally

watched Wisconsin Supreme Court front, the liberal

in that race one. That means the Wisconsin Supreme Court will maintain its four three liberal

majority that has some wide implications beyond Wisconsin as it relates to the 2026 midterms.
