Well, let's get started, Guy. Why do cover letters still matter? Well, covers letters still matter,

because it's a way to personalize your journey that you're going to be discussing on your resume and letting the person know what you'll bring to that position as well.

Because you'll highlight yourself, highlight your experience, and then put it all together in a nice little present,

saying, this is why I'm good for the job.

What if an employer doesn't ask for a cover letter?

Should you still write one, Kai?

It might be beneficial.

Even if they don't request it, it'll be helpful for you for the interview process as well.
