Welcome to this new episode of Explicably Pro Life podcast and the How to Win this week,

short episode that comes to you midweek, that is really Kristen being bossy.

So what to do this week?

How do we need to win?

We need to oppose Dr. Robert Caliph, who has been nominated by the Catholic pro-choice pro-abortion president, Joe Biden,

to serve as the head of the Food and Drug Administration, the FDA.

Actually, Dr. Caliph had been nominated a while ago, and he was just voted out of the committee,

thanks to some Republicans, two of which who say that they are pro-life.

And so it's still, he still actually has been confirmed by the full Senate.

What's interesting is that even though the Democrats have

control of the Senate, they still actually have a military to confirm him because there's some

opposition to him, not because in his past position during the Obama administration, you know,

he weakened health and safety standards for chemical abortions at the FDA, not because of his pro-abortion ties,

and that he would, that he will, if confirmed as FDA head, will use his political power just to serve corporate abortion,

rather than serving the American people and women.

Some Democrats are actually opposing him because of his ties to

big pharma. And so there's actually like this, this moment, this opportunity. And sometimes this

happens on Capitol Hill, or even with the other side, with Democrats, they split. They have such a

slim majority in the Senate that if any of them pull away, they lose their

majority.

And that's exactly what's happening right now.
