Should you be investing right now?

Should you be buying stocks or selling stocks?

Should you be buying real estate or should you be waiting for things to fall even more?

These are the questions that I asked my mentor, J.P. Newman, who has hundreds of millions of dollars in investments,

and I wanted to know, should we be buying right now

or should we be selling right now?

Cause things have fallen quite a bit,

but they could fall even more.

He did not answer in the way that I expected,

but we did an entire podcast about how to invest

in uncertain times like this

and exactly what he is doing during a market like this.

And I'm using what he says as sort of a filter for how I make my decisions during this

current downturn. I think right now is one of the best times ever to grow your net worth.
