Brian, I am so excited about this show, because I feel like this is one of those things,

like I am going to be the person, I'm going to kind of be laying on the couch, but also

kind of sitting in the chair talking the person on the couch because the messy

middle is just I think one of the most unique stages of life that a lot of people

go through and sometimes it can make things really hard for folks who like

to have everything nice and neat and buttoned up and in control, I would argue it's not a super

in control point in time. Yeah, as my friend Ferris likes to say life comes

at you pretty fast. So it's definitely one of those things where I love that

this has gotten to be something that we're known for because I love, you know, we want this show

to be motivating, but also to be comforting if you get caught in a situation
