business, or relationship, it's going to take you time. It's going to take you sweat. It's going to take you going to a new

level physically, mentally. It's going to stress you out. It's going to give you anxiety. All of these

things. And these all take a cost on your body, on your brain, on your other relationships, on your life in general. You see, winning at all costs is expensive. If I'm going to win the Super Bowl, right? If I'm the owner of the team, it's going to be expensive for me because I've got to pay the salaries of all the players. If I'm the player and I want to win the Super Bowl, it's going to be expensive to me because I'm going to have time away from my family. I'm going to be practicing. I'm going to be reviewing tape and watching plays and watching screen time. I'm going to be out here testing my body. I'm going to be out here taking blows on my body. I'm going to be tackled. I'm going to be hit. I'm going to be forced to the ground. I'm risking, you know, medical problems for my body.
