So this is probably the main place where I share the most of myself with y'all, because I love

you so much. So I just wanted to sum up and kind of share how I came to spirituality, what it helped me with. I feel sort of

different than other people I know who are professional spiritual practitioners in that

spirituality has become so popular in the last, you know, five years or so. And when I began, I think, like,

spirituality obviously has always been popular, hello, whether it's religion or yoga or other

traditions globally. But I don't think it's been at least as, like, mainstream or there hasn't been as many resources, you know, as in the past five to ten years.
