Hello, welcome back to moonbeaming. I'm so glad you are here back this week. We are doing a little something different. I did this little mini series on what

spirituality is and is not. And I wanted to cap it off with a share about my life and how I came to

spirituality and what kind of got me here and my process with it and how

I utilize it and just giving a little bit more about my own personal background. I don't know that

I've ever done an episode like this. I'm the host. I can be a bit private, although this is my podcast.

So this is probably the main place where I share the most of myself with y'all, because I love

you so much. So I just wanted to sum up and kind of share how I came to spirituality, what it helped me with. I feel sort of

different than other people I know who are professional spiritual practitioners in that

spirituality has become so popular in the last, you know, five years or so. And when I began, I think, like,

spirituality obviously has always been popular, hello, whether it's religion or yoga or other

traditions globally. But I don't think it's been at least as, like, mainstream or there hasn't been as many resources, you know, as in the past five to ten years.

And when I was growing up, it certainly wasn't in the ether.

It certainly was something that in a lot of ways came to me.

It was not something I sought out.

I never wanted to be a spiritual practitioner
