I just finished reading the biography of Elon Musk by Ashley Vance.

And I see that while Musk has an incredible drive, purpose and passion for what he is seeking to accomplish,

he also seems to use his deep depression as a great tool to keep him moving forward.

It made me think of your 80-20 rule, although you've spoken of the 20 in terms of rage as fuel.

My question is, have you ever used the darkness of depression to fuel your mission?

And if so, how do you keep such a debilitating state from completely consuming you?

Okay. So first of all, I'll speak from my perspective far more than Elon Musk's.
