And Joe, it feels like pretty much the entire time I started talking about the booming jobs economy.

And I have been saying steadily that we are in an unprecedented job market and there's never been a better time to make the change to begin the transformational move to work that you love.

Even if it's not the dream job, we're going to switch. We're going to get in proximity.

We're going to get in that sector. We're going to get on the ladder, if you will, so the wheat and clon.

And we still have even with the latest jobs report, we still learn a situation in America where there are more jobs available than there are people who are unemployed.

IE, the job seekers market. Hot, hot, hot.

But you are beginning to hear ripples of things like recession fears, job market slowing, job numbers down, all those things.

And so I want to make sure to be a positive filter for everybody.

Because if you're not careful, you're just going to get a steady diet of, oh, no, oh, boy.

I mean, this is what the meaty's job is. Like, unfortunately, human psyche doesn't snap its head to positive source.

We throw something negative out there, something fear based. Oh, we got to stop. What do I need to be afraid of today?

It's more like, what do I need to be afraid of this hour? And then that I'll refresh the social media sites or the news site in the next hour.

And then I'll figure out what to be afraid of that hour. So I want you to hear this. And again, this is not just my opinion. I'm right, by the way, but it's not just my opinion.
