Hi friends all right before we dig in today's podcast episode

I want to share something with you that's been on my heart for a little bit, and that has to do with over-scheduling.

As we are headed into back-to-school time and then into the fall. I know we're still sitting in August, but things are going to go really fast. I want to challenge you to look at your schedule and cross a whole bunch of things off. The reason for that is is last

spring I had this feeling to keep my schedule open this summer and just be available

and that's what I did. I leaned into it and I went through and I crossed off vacations, I crossed off the busyness of life just to be available.

And by doing that and having that openness, I was able to step into some amazing opportunities.

Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, I was able to go stand on their stage, which I mean that's still like mind-blowing every single time I think about that.
