So I figured we just start with what you do and why you're so passionate about getting people to unplug

Great well it all started several years ago when I was working with college students

And I was talking about a little bit my research

on smartphone addiction and emotional intelligence and I will never forget my student looked at me and

she said I don't know how you can unplug.

And she kind of had this look on her face where it was like, like if I don't do something

about this, like there's going to be a lot of people that are stuck.

And so I think for me that kind of like was the personal, like,
