| 0:00.0 | I am getting leads and or customers acquired for half the cost of what I pay on Facebook, |
| 0:07.1 | on average. The recall rate is 350% versus on Facebook. It's like a 2x recall. So not only am I |
| 0:13.6 | getting more sales, I'm getting more brand lift. Like, CTV raises all channels. It will raise |
| 0:18.6 | your Google. It will raise your Facebook because then you'll retarget those people on Facebook. It is like the big driver that lifts everything up around it. And it pays for itself without even having to, if it lifted nothing, if it didn't lift any other channels or have any overflow or this halo effect, it still pays for itself. But it does have a huge halo effect. And it's cheap, it converts well. |
| 0:39.0 | Again, it's going to be the number one ad channel of 2026. |
| 0:41.8 | If you're not on there, you are majorly falling behind and leaving a lot of opportunity on the table this year. |
| 0:47.3 | Welcome to the Rich Strummers Report, where we talk real estate, business, and wealth building, all while keeping it real. |
| 0:52.8 | No fluff, no BS. I hope that you enjoy the show. |
| 1:00.8 | All right, guys, today I got someone who's going to be dropping a ton of game in the ad space. |
| 1:07.7 | He was a media buyer for a startup that had a $1 billion exit in just four years. He was the head of paid ads for Disney. I got my man, Mason Dorner, in the building. What's up, Mason? How's it going? Glad to be here. Yeah, do. Appreciate you coming on, man. So much game and so much value here, man, a lot of talk about paid ads, organic. This is probably one of the biggest questions I get from business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate investors is, you know, |
| 1:31.4 | what's the best route? Do I go organic? Do I go paid? But I think the one thing that makes |
| 1:35.9 | you unique with all your experience is, you know, most these guys are just running ads on meta, |
| 1:41.7 | maybe a little Google trip. But, and I always say this, 90% of people that say they know how to run paid ads don't know how to run paid ads, right? Only 10% of them do. And there's a big difference when you work with someone that actually knows what they're doing and someone that doesn't know what they're working, they're doing. And so I think what makes you unique is very interesting. You do meta, |
| 2:01.9 | Google, YouTube, Spotify, which I've never heard of, and then what you call CTV, connected TV. |
| 2:08.3 | Break that down. Yeah. And we also do TikTok. We literally do every single ad platform that is |
| 2:12.9 | self-serve. So yeah, we are full breadth, whereas a lot of agencies just do like two of them. |
| 2:16.6 | But to get back to |
| 2:17.7 | CTV, connected TV is going to be the number one ad channel in 26. Like there was a survey that just |
| 2:25.1 | came out. They surveyed a bunch of like Fortune 500 and mid-market companies of what's the number one |
| 2:29.5 | channel you plan to spend more on this year. Every single one said CTV. And CTV is basically think Roku, Hulu, Paramount, Amazon, everything except for normal cable. So really, that's just TV for most people today, right? Nobody's really watching broadcaster has a normal cable subscription anymore. No one pays for cable TV anymore. It's all streaming. Right. And so the reason this is coming up now, because this has been around for years. But the thing is the minimum buys were super, super high. It was expensive. You also couldn't track conversions. Like you couldn't see if somebody like watched your ad and then filled out a lead form on your website or bought something. Now they can do that. They can see like these four phones belong to this household and the ad ran on this TV and then one of the phones went to the website and bought something. So it's got full conversion tracking just like meta and Google, but it's half the cost. |
| 3:12.9 | So half the price, because meta and Google is getting super expensive now. |
| 3:15.6 | So half the price, twice the reach for your dollar and 3.5x lift compared to a holdout, |
