So I've been absolutely nerdyed out on this book, Top Dog, The Science of Winning and Losing.

Why am I doing it?

Two reasons.

One, it interests me and two, it benefits you.

How about that?

That's why I read.

I've got my historical and novels I like to read from time to time.

But a lot of times I'm reading on your behalf.

And we've been talking about this this week and so there's two types of people in the

world as it relates to pressure.

So we're talking about professional performance right now.

So there's pressure, stress of having to perform.

In other words, when I speak in front of 5,000 people, the way I handle that pressure and

the way you handle that pressure may be completely different, but it is two sides of the coin.
