Whether you specialize as an ESL teacher or whether you’re a teacher wondering what your next move might be, we are doing something that we’ve never done before on The CEO Teacher ® podcast. Today, we are having a one-on-one coaching session. Friends, meet Courtney. Courtney is one of our CEO Teacher Trailblazers. We refer to our trailblazers as someone who has taken a path of quick success. While Courtney started out making ESL teacher resources and ELL resources, you’re going to hear how she’s gone from selling her resources on TpT to launching a very successful course in a veeeeeeeeeeeery short amount of time. And what I love about today’s episode…we’re literally going to plan out her next big move.
Courtney Morgan is an English Learner Specialist and teacher, living near Asheville, North Carolina, where she loves having the mountains at her doorstep. After 16 years as an elementary classroom teacher in districts large and small, Courtney shifted into her current role to focus her efforts on supporting multilingual students. Through her business, The All-Access Classroom, Courtney equips general education teachers to confidently make their lessons accessible to English learners. I know you're going to love her story, but what is so special about today's show is that you're going to get a little behind the scenes look at what our coaching looks like inside of our program. Plus, a LOT of you can benefit from her questions. So whether you’re an ESL teacher or if you’re just wondering, “Should I continue to make products for TpT or should you move into making a product or service?” Look no further and listen to this episode!
