soups and all sorts of different things I I would love to know, you know, what really are your favorite ways to use these in creating some really healthy foods?

Yeah, well, it's kind of

kind of like any which way and like we mentioned previously I love to be kind of in and out of the kitchen so I like to keep it simple

and of course simple doesn't mean it has to taste bland, it can be absolutely delicious just in that

I think I'd start first with just harvesting, you know, when you're harvesting these plants

just some things to be aware of.

First, you definitely want to know the plant you're

harvesting. Even dandelion can have some common look-alike. So you always want to be sure, you know exactly

the plant you're harvesting because you don't want to make any mistakes there. There aren't a ton of

poisonous plants but they can be very serious so you always want to keep that in mind.

Harvesting too when you're harvesting these weeds because they attract so many different pollinators and other creatures
