Would love to start with that story.

Yes, I think it was partly intuition and secondly faith that it was the right thing to do at that time.

So leading up to that, of course, there was a lot of work that had to be done to get to a place where I felt safe following that intuition and following that sort of hunch.

But it worked out, you know, almost two decades.
