Every choice that you make is a trade-off against something else, and that doesn't just

apply to your money, that applies to your time, your focus, your energy, your attention,

anything in your life that's a scarce or limited resource.

Saying yes to something implicitly means, turning away all other options, and that opens

up two questions.

First, what matters most?

What do you prioritize?

Second, how do you align your daily, weekly, monthly annual decision making in a way that

reflects that which matters most?

Answering those two questions is a lifetime practice, and that's what this podcast is
