It may sound tricky, but it's all about simplicity, consistency, and commitment. When something negative happens, reframe it in your mind with a positive perspective. It's not about avoiding reality; it's about shifting your frequency.
Don't worry if it feels fake initially; change takes time. Flood your mind with positive "I am" statements like "I am love," "I am healthy," and "I am abundant." These thoughts represent the frequencies you want to operate in. They attract similar thoughts and opportunities.
Gratitude is the next step. Express gratitude for the paths and opportunities that come your way. Eventually, you won't just walk the path; you'll become the path. You'll realize that it's not you living in a world; it's us, together, in an infinite array of frequencies. You get to choose your unique experience.
Your unique experience creates a special form of love energy. There's no one right way to live, no perfect way. It's about finding your way to love, because your way creates a unique experience. So, there's no need to conform to societal norms or others' expectations.
Start with positive "I am" statements, flood your mind with them, and then express gratitude for the opportunities that arise. Commit to this practice, and you'll gradually become a living example of your positive thoughts. Remember, your thoughts shape your reality, and you have the power to choose your experience.
