Transformation. What's the biggest thing that would transform not only your life,

0:05.6

not only your health, wealth, love, and happiness, but would transform how you

0:11.8

think? Well today's book of the day, I was reading this one, Helen Keller, the

0:16.7

world I live in, and optimism. By the way, I heard about this book. I use a

0:20.4

little technique called, you know, leapfrogging. So I was reading Conrad

0:24.9

Hilton's book here. He's the great grandfather of Paris Hilton and he was talking

0:29.2

about how he built the Hilton Hotel chain and you know, went on to become one of

1:26.1

multiple points in your life where you're like, this is not my favorite part

1:30.0

1:36.5

for a while mentally. I've done a few recordings that you may have heard, a few of

1:41.1

my book of the day emails if you're on my book of the day email. And let me just,

1:45.9

let me, let me start with something from the book of the day. Now remember if you
