Good afternoon to you, sir. I'm doing good. Well, you know, I say that. I'm actually staring out the window right now at what looks to be a massive storm. It has been just the absolute worst here in Houston these last couple of weeks. Just nothing but rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain. And then finally, finally over the weekend, we got just a little bit of sunshine. It was nice. We had some

friends over from church. She did swimming, did it cookout. It was great. And now retribution is hovering above us as hurricane season wants to remind us that it's not going anywhere. So yeah, that's how I'm doing, man. It's pretty gross. And plus, I mean, I know Houston well enough to know like, okay, you get all this rain, and yeah, you're happy the sun comes out, but, but the

problem is the sun comes out. And it's like you're, it's like you're standing on the surface of the sun, but with the, with the humidity, you know. Right. Yeah. I mean, you're basically, you know, bathing in your own stew.

Yeah, exactly. It's pretty rough. But, you know, generally speaking, I do love it. Houston weather is, you know, it's like living in the tropics. It's like a combination of the tropics in the bayou. So as someone, yeah, I love the tropics. That's right. Yeah. I love the tropics. And so you think the two together, I would just love. And I do. And I do love it, John. No, that's right. Yeah. For the most part, it works out great.
