Let's go straight in. Right, okay, I've got so many questions. Yeah. Right, because I feel like, I was thinking about this. I was like, why is it so difficult for me, right? And sometimes I kind of

get freaked out by goals, you know, because I think to bring it back to recovery, right?

Like, I have, everything in my life has got better
