There needs to be rules and regulations for police departments in the use of undercover and unmarked.

So when you use undercover and unmarked, at least like where I'm at, under no circumstances are you to try to jump out and enforce any laws in a unmarked vehicle or what we call an undercover vehicle or as an undercover person somebody that's

not in uniform the only time that it's justified is when it's imminent threat of serious bodily

injury or death for somebody so whether that's a civilian or a cop other than that you job to

sit back observed report and wait for the marked units to get in there and then you can go out and

help.

So if you come in conjunction with the marked unit, that's one thing.

But in instances like this, it would be satisfied right away because one, a marshal is not

going to come out alone and arrest you.

So a little bit of common sense.

You know, if you can put that together really quickly, i've got the advantage i'm a cop i know this stuff

not everybody knows it yep and then two there's that there's that aspect of because i agree with you

technically right yeah but in the moment especially when you caught off guard it creates hesitation

yes it's kind of like none of this makes sense but i just want to run this through my mind, but you don't have that.
