let's talk about coaches, trainers and mentors. A lot of people get confused about that

and there is a different function for each. A coach, his job is to bring the best out of you

by fixing and improving a specific problem that you may be having within your organization.

The organization should be a business, it could be your family, it could be a team that you play on

but it coaches someone that brings out the best of you by improving or fixing a specific problem

that you may have. A trainer is someone who teaches, the trainer is someone who teaches one

skill or a concept at a time and then a mentor is someone that gives the best of themselves

by developing the character of the mentee over a longer period of time. All three are important.

In one person can be all three. I have worked on all three capabilities and have all three

capabilities in my life meaning I have coaches, I have trainers and I have mentors in my life and I
