I used to be able to know what to do to lose the five pounds. I do that and now it's laughing at me.

or libido. No, no, no. Testosterone helps with our mood. It helps with motivation. It helps with focus. So it's a lot of

brain stuff. Okay. It also helps with sleep patterns at certain points in the sleep cycle.

It also helps us to be able to do what we used to do for the weight and see the results.

So it helps to make that lean muscle mass. And you know, lean muscle is more metabolically
