And that's fair. So if that's not you, you still need to learn about this. Because you may not want to be the most influential person in the room, but there are

So let's answer the question, how do you know? Like, how do we spot influence? So I remember doing a day long consulting gig several years ago. It was for a company and it was going to be an all day thing and

so when we had talked about the arrangements I said hey I would love if we could go to

dinner the night before with the senior leaders.

And of course they agreed and so that's what we did and so the three leaders came and they

brought their spouses and it was me and one of my teammates that was with me.

And so we all sat there. Now the uniqueness of this company was is that they had three leaders across the top. Okay? Three
