Actually, just occurred to me. We're going to be talking about teaching kids to cook. And this, we're recording this the day after Laurel and a friend made cake pops for the first time. And I was all like, this is going to be too hard. Don't do this. And they were like, we're doing it. So this is just perfect,

perfect queuing up for today's episode. I just, you know, I just want to put you on notice, Christina,

I want you to share some of the things that Laurel, and I'm sure pretty soon Violet, are,

she's going to start making crazy things too, but you got to talk about the Laurel's incredible baking skills.

So we've actually been talking about recording an episode about kids and cooking for a long time because this is something we've talked about for a long time.

It's just such a really sort of

interesting and direct way that practical life skills and kids go together just seems to happen

so much more, sometimes more easily in the kitchen. Sometimes it's a little bit more fraught.
