My name is Ben McCallery and welcome to episode 201. And because it's the first Thursday of the month, we are host-filling.

We are. We are. I feel like it's been a while since we've done just a solid question and

answer host-ful. Q&A hostful, the traditional hostful. Yeah. And as always, we have really,

really good cracking questions to answer. So I'm excited to get into it. Before we do that,

though, we've got something else that we

want to talk about, and I think we'll talk about it after we answer the questions. Let's talk about it

after the questions because I'm so excited. So am I. It's a big, exciting, positive thing. I've

had quite a few people comment recently, they're like, it's the podcast going anywhere. You know,

are you guys, are you changing anything?

Like, no, the podcast's not going anywhere.

So I just want to up front say that we're not announcing the cancellation of the podcast.

That's not an exciting.

That's not an exciting thing.

That would be a devastating announcement.

Yeah, so I'm just resting your mind.

No, it's definitely not, not devastating.

It's, it's really good.

And it connects really well with our why, our why being, we just want to help people

live a slower life, as you guys probably already know that.

But it's just something else that I think will really provide some, some wonderful answers
