Good. Good. Well, listen, we have a big and important and what I hope will be an empowering conversation

up today.

And I'm super excited about it because both professionally and personally, as you know, I'm all

about open and honest conversations with kids about all manner of things.

And today we're going to talk about having the talk. I'm using air quotes.

You can't see it, but I am. And it is not about sex ed, though, Asha, you know I'm always game

for that, but in relation to technology and tech safety, specifically like how to start,

what to cover. And I'm really excited about this conversation because I know it is such a daunting

one for so many parents. It is so daunting. It just sort of feels like it's huge, you know,

because not only is like the influence of technology so vast in our lives, it's just constantly

changing. And, you know, actually for me,

I'm very glad we're having this conversation because I tend to, believe it or not, sort of under-worry

about things, like, like, ah, it's going to be fine, ah, it's fine. And it's actually good for me to have a

really clear-eyed conversation and understanding about what's happening online,

what the landscape is, how best to navigate it, and then just how to talk about it and keep

talking about it with my family.

And, you know, there is a sex ed parallel here.

I know I wasn't going to talk about that, and I'm not, but it's 100% relevant.
