Today we are talking about something that I don't believe I've talked too much about

on this podcast.

It is the idea of what I used to call self-branding.

I don't really like that term anymore, so I'm not going to use that even though that's

why I used to call it. But it is, how do you talk about yourself?

How do you bring up things about you? How do you tell stories about yourself?

How do you talk about your job? All those cool things.

And I came up with this because I was working with a coaching client recently.

And he asked me, he says, you know, Trip, I just have a hard time talking about myself.

I have a hard time telling people things about me. I feel like weird doing that.

You know, I don't want to do that unless asked. And even when I am asked, I just don't feel

like I'm that interesting. So I gave him some of the information that you're going to be hearing

here on the podcast. Of course, it was in the coaching program a little bit more geared towards

specifically to him. So I actually helped him come up with some of the things. But I want you to

be able to learn this also. And you're going to get that information right here right now.

What it is is a recording that I did a long time ago for a very old program that I used to have.

And I titled the module self-branding. That's why I was calling it that. So self-branding is what

I was calling it. But now I like to just say it's how to talk about yourself. So you're going to
