First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay. Okay, so if you live in the US or if you live on planet Earth, you are familiar that at the time of recording this, which is early mid-November

2020 we are in the middle of election season and it's quite contentious and it's also sad because our country has never

been more divided well at least in my lifetime than it is right now and while I am laughing a bit just

mentioning that we're in this period of time it it also is quite heavy and painful

because it feels just big I don't know how we got here so divided so

separated and one thing I'm finding for divided so separated.

And one thing I'm finding for myself and others

is just the difficulty that can arise in trying to talk about these things,

trying to talk about these issues

when there is such division.

And these conversations can happen over

in social media, and they can also happen in person.

And I'm hearing from a lot of people.

A lot of stress comes up in these conversations

and a lot of uncertainty about just how to go about them.
