Man, hope you guys are doing well. I just want to obviously do a throwdown episode dedicated to our show that we had on Monday which by the way

Saying insane so I can tell that obviously you guys wanted to hear more about relationships, sex, what men think, what women think the whole nine yards and I got to say man

Nell Nell Daley's interview was probably one of the most enlightening ones I have ever

heard as far as that topic goes. It was just incredible and I know for a

fact we will have her back on but I wanted to just recap real quickly some

things that she talked about that really resonated with not only

me but our community and just some easy takeaways because I mean I've noticed in our community

man we have had guys who have been a part of our mastermind

group who we've interacted with a lot you know over the past over the past year

and I'll tell you what man sex is a big big deal and there are a lot of us who have been married for a very long time and sex is either it either hardly happens or it's non-existent and that's I mean honestly that's just a shame it's it's really is a

shame because it doesn't have to be that way I mean I think about it I think about

this a lot within relationships that it's like the one thing

that for some reason or another we can't talk openly about because as Nell said it could

hurt you know the man's ego or a man is afraid to bring it up to the wife because he doesn't want to cause a fight and he'll just kind of suffer in silence and not express his needs or his wants or his desires because he doesn't want to cause a fight
