You are now tuned in to the Jazz Different Podcast,

where we talk everything, faith life and culture.

First and foremost, we've mentioned this a few weeks ago,

but the time has now come and the days are getting closer.

Me and Jordan are about to do something pretty insane, but also absolutely amazing. We are partnering with compassion. They're sending us to

Tanzania Africa this June to climb out Kilimanjaro. And for those who don't know

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest freestanding mountain in the world.

I'm pretty sure and it's about 19,000 feet or something crazy like that.

And the reason we're doing this is because we are raising funds for families in Tanzania that have

been infected by disaster.

So we're looking to raise $12,000 to provide safe and secure homes for these families, essentially. and these homes are going to allow for

some of these kids to get out of abuse, provide safety and stability to these families and

ultimately really just let these kids focus on their studies and have a place to live and whenever

pack of passion came to us and asked us to do this we had no idea what we're

getting into at all like we, they just presented it to us, well, okay, this sounds like an amazing idea.

We had the first meeting and we were like, oh no.

Like I don't know what we were thinking.

We thought this was just gonna be be like a hike like a hill

no this is a whole mountain but doing it for all the right reasons and we are

really adamant about like equipping people really to be the hands and feet of Jesus in

any way possible and so this is a great opportunity for us to actually walk that out.
