My name is Jack Collins and I'm recording from West London. Joining me, Sam Tai, where are you? I'm in East London, my friend. And Dean Jones?

I'm in the beautiful Surrey suburbs. There we are. And this is a slightly different

be our football ranks. Obviously with the world in quarantine, we have also been forced into

recording separately for the first time, perhaps ever, all three of us in different rooms,

but we will do our best to keep you entertained in this difficult, difficult time.

We're going to look today at some ways to keep you occupied while there's no football on,

but just before that I guess the

first thing to say is we hope everybody is staying safe we hope the rank squad are all out there

you know stay at home make sure that you do your best for your communities and and all of that

in terms of doing what's right and staying at home and trying to stop this it's going to be a

difficult time for all of us,

but the rank squad will continue to provide you with content and, you know, just do what's best

for everyone. Be kind, be nice. It's a tricky old time. How are you holding up, boys? I'm doing

all right, mate. I've got a two-year-old to keep us entertained and on our toes so while everyone else is scrambling

around for things to do i'm got that much pretty much uh sorted extent of much choice but

weather's been pretty good mate so i've actually been able to go in the garden and stuff it's been

quite nice yeah not too bad sam yeah so myself and rachel are self-isolating so it's a matter

of time before she kills me.
