I am an acquisitions entrepreneur.

It's the fancy title of ETA.

Pretty pumped to talk through everything that we've, some of the things that we've done.

I've done with a business partner,

seven acquisitions in the last six years, really holding to, I guess, forming a holding company.

And throughout that time, have learned a ton from how to spot fraud, how to get fooled

by fraud, and how to find a really awesome deal. So I'm excited to walk through all

of that with you. Wait a second. So you're telling me straight up out the gate that you can't

just buy a cash flowing business and just hire a passive operator and just sit it and forget it.

If only it was that easy. I thought that's what everyone was saying online.
