I would not think that I'm entitled to somebody's sweat equity for 20 years just because now we're in love.

I think the conversation needs to be cut and dry.

And then you'll know, actually, before you get engaged, if this is the right person for you.

And I get that that scary.

You know, it's very easy for me to say from the comfort of this chair, you know, on this computer.

I understand that.

I'm making it sound like it's no big deal. I understand that it's hard, but as adults, we have to do hard things and we have to come at situations without fear of what the result is going to be. Yeah. And I think, honestly, if you can't have a conversation around pre-ups and protecting your financial assets, there's going to be a lot of other hard conversations that you're probably not going to be able to have in marriage, which is a red flag
